All the pasta and homemade sauces are made fresh, every day. La Fresca concept is well-known in Italy: You choose among several options of pasta, ravioli, gnocchi and sauces and you bring it home to cook.

Quick, easy and delicious!
Preparation only takes a few minutes; you simply boil a pot of water and cook our pasta between 1 to 3 minutes according to the type.

How to prepare our amazing pasta
Step 1
Boil water & add salt for that Mediterranean flavor!
Step 2
Cook long pasta for ca 1,5 minutes, filled pasta for ca. 3 minutes & gnocchi until they rise to the surface of the water
Step 3
Drain the pasta, put it back in the pot & add sauce to stir
Step 4
